Do I need to supply any cleaning materials?
Nope. We bring all necessary equipment and products. Our products are all environmentally friendly and pet and family safe. We will however use any specialized products in your home per your request if you provide them.
I have pets will this be a problem?
Not at all pets are just another member of the family. Our staff is all pet friendly all we ask is that if your pet is aggressive you kennel them or place them outside prior to our arrival. In fact our team is willing to let your pet out into a fence yard on a leash for potty breaks during our cleaning if you are not home unable to do so per your request.
What if I need to cancel a cleaning?
That's okay we ask that you canceled 24 hours in advance of the time of your cleaning. This allows for necessary scheduling changes for both our staff and other clients. The time of cancellation you are welcome to reschedule your cleaning, skip your cleaning or opt to call at a later date to see if you can reschedule. However services will be on a first come first serve basis if you miss your regular scheduled cleaning.
How Will I know when the team will arrive at my home for cleaning?
Since every job is different in every client's need unique we don't offer specific arrival times. Instead we offer general block times on the day of your Cleaning. Meaning we offer an a.m. cleaning and a PM cleaning with parameters being from 8:00 a.m. to noon for the a.m. cleaning and 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. for the p.m. cleaning for arrival time. However if you have a specific scheduling need we will do our best to accommodate your request.
